It was a beautiful, quaint renovated big home near many sites in Caen. We walked all around the city. It was quiet with the windows closed, some noise (Saturday night) with the windows open. Loved the open beamed ceiling on the third floor. It was a little difficult getting our luggage up/down the stairs.

What a gem, located in the middle of Caen. The apartment was very well decorated, tidy and clean. We were in New York
There was a separate double bedroom, large bathroom and living room which had a sofa bed. The kitchen had all you needed.
The apartment was on the third floor, accessible by stairs or elevator.
The owner/ host communicated clearly and made arrival and departure easy.
There's an underground car park just round the corner at €22 per day, which is reasonable for a City centre.
Would definitely stay again. Thank you

We felt very welcome by the hosts, a nice couple. A separate room on the 2 floor with a separate bathroom. Nice breakfast was served in the morning (fresh croissants, juice, tea, yogurts). The beds were comfy.
We had a nice relaxing stay. The place is about 15 mins drive to Caen and approx. 30 mins to the beach.
The hotel is in the pleasant village Bénouville just off the main road from Ouistreham to Caen, a short drive from the ferry. A short walk to Pegasus bridge. The room was comfortable and clean.
This is a good location for its closeness to the ferry port. It is situated in a small village close to the Pegasus Bridge and museum. We had a superior double room which was spacious and well appointed with a modern bathroom and a great shower. We slept very well. The restaurant served delicious food which is beautifully presented.
We stayed here overnight prior to catching the 08:30am ferry to Portsmouth. What a find! The meal we had in the restaurant was superb. The location is perfect for the ferry, just 5kms/5 mins away, and you would think you were in some quiet French village, rather than the outskirts of Caen. Regrettably, breakfast did not start until 7am, too late as we had to check in for the ferry by 07:30am, so we had to pass. Safe, free, off road parking.
Excellent location to Caen ferry port, set in a pretty little village a few minutes drive from big Carrefour supermarket, petrol station & McDonalds restaurant. Very welcoming to our little dog too.
Perfect for staying when arriving on the 21.30 ferry. Lovely hotel and village. Breakfast good. Kettle and milk etc in room for hot drinks. We stay here every time.
Perfect for a stopover after taking the ferry from Portsmouth. Set in a lovely village about 10 mins from Ferry with easy, free options for parking. Staff were lovely and we enjoyed a good breakfast.
Also we got to visit the Normandy memorial which was around 30minutes away at gold beach
