Le Mans 24hr race only 30 - 40 minutes away. Great location, very comfy two rooms with one ensuite, other using a main separate Gite bathroom beyond its dining/Kitchenette. French family very helpful and welcoming. Two of us put motorbikes inside locked gate on drive 👍. Also a hard standing just opposite gate. A great 3 night stay. Merci!!

Ideally situated to visit Le Mans, which was one of the chief reasons for choosing the location. We visited Le Mans 24 hour Museum and track as well as the Museum in town. We walked the historical routes too. The heated swimming pool was magnificent. The spacious grounds allowed for our grandson to run around to his heart's content. The billiard table, table tennis and football nets were much appreciated. The countryside views from the garden were lovely and we all enjoyed the forest walks and the wildlife. There were plenty of seating areas and we enjoyed our al fresco meals cooked on the barbecue. We felt that we were in our own little world. We enjoyed visits to Saumur, to the Troglodyte village and to caves in Saluges. We ate local produce and visited a number of small village markets.
