I had a wonderful stay in the luxury and comfort of Mas Natura. Surrounded by nature and facing a wide panorama of the landscape, the location is quiet and green. I had the Tour apartment and enjoyed the views from the little "castle" on the roof. Everything was spotlessly clean, the kitchen hugely well equipped. Air conditioning and Wifi worked very well. And I found the bed very comfortable as well, with a nicely firm mattress. During a May 2022 heatwave perhaps the best of all was the swimming pool! Just the right size and depth for a good swim, and always super clean. Stephanie and Dominique's are charming hosts, and are a great source of insider info on sightseeing, restaurants and more. Banyuls dels Aspres is a pretty old town that doesn't offer many places to eat (although Hop Hop Hop, a short walk down the hill, makes real good pizza for takeout or delivery). But there are excellent restaurants in nearby towns like Laroque, Sorede and Le Boulou.

Great location for visiting both Pyrenees foothills and castles, artistic enclave of Ceret, as well as very pretty seaside villages like Collioure. Also a very easy train ride into Barcelona for a visit to Gaudi's La Sagrada Familia cathedral and a taste of city nightlife! Emmanuel was kind enough to store our large suitcases during our three day trip to Barcelona and was able to accommodate us for an extra night upon our return. Such a gracious host in all respects!

It was a wonderful stay because we had the outside part available to us. We had almost everyday a nice bbq. Kitchen had everything except a sharp knife. Swimming pool was wonderful. Very nice host. Beds were comfortable.
