The cottage is very nice. Although it did have 2 rooms like we wanted, one of them was in a mezzanine with a ladder hat only someone with a death wish would climb, so we ended up not using it.
Other than that it’s very nice, peaceful and with a wonderful view. The location is very convenient to travel around the island.
Bonus points for the handmade house shoes they had available for us to use while staying.

We had a lovely stay in Marianna's house. It is very pretty inside, with lots of authentic decoration. Kvivik is a very nice village to stay in - definitely visit Kvivik knits just up the street. The bathroom downstairs is very modern and it's great there is a toilet upstairs so you don't have to go down the ladder in the night. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Very good location on Vagar island, close to shop, airport, petrol station, nice view to the port, trail to Traelanipa on foot. Clean and cozy. The owner was very kind and helpful, check in and check out was very easy and flexible. The price is really great for the value provided.
The Múlafossur Cottages were spectacular and such a fantastic way to enjoy the Faroe Islands. Each cottage has been masterfully crafted and has everything you need for your stay. It’s really spacious and warm and makes for a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. I couldn’t recommend this enough and I’d urge future visitors to book this property over staying in the main city. Gàsadalur is a gorgeous village with so many beautiful spots and close to the airport. Don’t hesitate and book now, you won’t regret it!
Very beautiful place.
Café in Village Gasadalur is a nice place,
Watching puffins at waterfall was intetesting.
The old postal hiking way was spectacular. Jakup helped us to find the way.
We loved everything about this property. Very warm, welcoming spacious, modern apartment with everything you need for a home away from home. Very comfortable bed, great shower and so handy having a washing machine we could use. It’s the perfect location for spending time at Múlafossur waterfall and the little village has a great wee restaurant that served delicious lunches. We would highly recommend these apartments,
