We had a wonderful time at the Masia Castellvi. The place is surrounded by orange groves and olive trees and it was so peaceful. The room and bathroom are big and nicely decorated and the bed very comfortable. We had a relaxing time as everything is so peaceful and quiet, but yet not far from Cambrils and the coast. The breakfast was very good with a wide choice of bread, cheese, charcuterie, fruit, yogurt, coffee or tea and orange juice. But the best of it all was the very warm welcome and friendliness of our hosts. Such nice people, we felt very welcomed and can surely recommend the Masia Castellvi if you are looking for a peaceful stay with the best hosts ever.

Parking in the residential neighbourhood is free. It was easy to find a free spot after a short drive around.
We were met onsite by the host to be shown the apartment.
Non-blockout curtains in the room with the double bed. There is an exterior shutter for the room with the 2 single beds.
A single air conditioner is in the living room, none in the bedrooms. It was not an issue when we stayed as the evening temperature was becoming cooler.

We planned to travel from Germany (Düsseldorf) to Salou and stay 8 days.
After landing in Barcelona (El-Prat airport) we wanted to take a Busplana bus to salou.
On departure from Germany, the air plane unfortunately had a delay of 3 hours, causing
us a lot of worries, since we had a little child (< 1 year) with us and were not sure
if we can catch the last available bus at night. During the entire transfer process
from Düsseldorf to Salou, the landlord was extremely helpful and we communicated every
step with him. This help was really invaluable and we are very greatful for this.
We arrived in Salou at 1 o'clock in the night and the landlord changed multiple times
his planning in order to meet us at this late time in Salou! He even helped us with
the bags and showed us everything in the appartment.
The appartment has an excellent location and is very lovingly furnished.
All kinds of technical devices were available and many other useful things that you
would not have expected and which ultimately were a nice surprise.
We were extremely satisfied with everything and would rent this apartment again if we come to Salou.
