I like the charme of rustic places. The village is small but beautiful. The chambers have real keys to open them, not those modernized plastic cards. I like real keys. Also not a hotel chain, which adds to the personal character.
Exceptional location and host, child place, attention to details, breakfast, bed mattress, pool. Simon loves what he is doing. You can feel it in everything. Highly recommend! Internet in the hotel and near the pool area is from starlink. Detached Villa has 4g wifi modem with average speed 5-10mbps(which is enough for surfing but might be a bit slow if you need a videocall).
The location is beautiful and incredibly peaceful but within 15 mins drive to the coast. There are some nearby villages including Escornalbau just a 2 mins drive away has a couple of nice bars on a square that was nice to visit in the evenings. Julio and his wife met us on arrival and provided some nice local products to try and lots of advice on places to visit. The pool and barbecue areas were also great to have in the evenings and the house had everything we needed... as well as air conditioning which makes a big difference in August!
I was travelling with a friend and we stayed here for 6 nights. The location is excellent- not far from the village and the coast and the mountains- though you really need a car.
The hospitality and helpfulness of the owners/hosts could not have been greater. Nothing was too much for them.
The shared kitchen was a real bonus as was the delightful outside areas...both dining and the pool.

the space the view the tranquility the good advice of the host, all the facilities and the space. sea view and mountains and wineries close by and nice restaurants in the village. we felt at home.
