I chose to spend my last night in Gran Canaria where I spent my first—at the Acoran Hostel. Of all my stays on the island, this one was by far the most pleasant and comfortable. Very quiet environment, good accommodation facilities, possibility to get fresh oranges and avocados. My little daughter enjoyed staying there tremendously.
The villa was spotless and very well presented. We very much enjoyed the bench under the tree overlooking the beautiful view. The garden was a joy with all its fruit trees and lovely flowers. The hosts were exceptional and were very accommodating when the oven tripped the electrics, they also let us know in advance when they came to clean the pool. Overall we would definately come back again thank you so much
The Valleseco village is just around the corner, and has a bakery, grocery store and a couple of restaurants. No car needed. You can also hike to the Valsendero village or La Laguna. The villa itself is beautiful and has everything you need, also in the kitchen. In January it is pretty cold in the evenings, but there are enough heaters to stay warm.
