Holiday Rentals in Santa Marina

We were on our Camino walk and our arrival was late in the evening. We've got all the information via whatsapp. All clear and correct. Even though we do not consume alcohol, the gesture of leaving a welcome gift (bottle of local cider) was very heart warming. We also found tea bags, as well as Nespresso coffee capsules. The kitchen is fully equipped, the room was spacious, clean, very calm.

Rural area.

There are awesome hiking trails in the neighborhood of the property. From the top of the cliffs you have a great view to the ocean.

Just off Camino route so convenient. Good sized apartment with all facilities you require including a washing machine and drying rack. Electrical wall heaters throughout. Good sized bedrooms and comfortable clean beds. Helpful host.

The proprietors were wonderful and spoke fluent French as well as Spanish, with a little English. We managed communications in our broken French quite successfully. Breakfast was simple, but delicious. Excellent coastal destinations were within 1/2 hour drive -- especially Luarca (Cudillero was closer but had less to see). The Internet was very strong, despite the rural location. The house is absolutely beautiful, with wonderful panoramic views of the countryside. Our room was immaculate and very well-appointed. The proprietors' art displays were well chosen and perfect for their lovely home.

Beautiful building in a magical setting. Pristine almost deserted beach set in curving bay. Staff so attentive. Fresh seafood exceptional. Such good value for money.

A very nice apartment in a lovely location.It is a great place for walking and there is a good baker and supermarket in the village It was very spacious and sitting on the balconcy was delightful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this accommodation and overall, I had a positive experience. The location was truly fantastic, offering a serene and quiet environment with a beautiful garden. Additionally, the property was conveniently situated just a 15-minute drive away from a stunning beach, which was a major highlight. One of the notable aspects of the accommodation was the ample space available in the house. The rooms were well-designed and offered breathtaking views from the windows. It was a delight to wake up to such picturesque scenes every morning. Furthermore, the kitchen was well-equipped, providing everything we needed to prepare our meals comfortably. However, I must mention a couple of downsides that affected our stay. Firstly, the bed in our bedroom had an extremely soft mattress, which proved to be uncomfortable for my back. It would have been ideal to have a firmer mattress for a restful night's sleep. Another inconvenience was the absence of an indoor clothes drying rack. This oversight made it impossible for us to dry our beach towels and other wet items efficiently. It would have been much more convenient if the accommodation had provided a drying rack, especially considering its proximity to the beach. Despite these drawbacks, I would still recommend this accommodation for its excellent location, tranquil atmosphere, and spacious interior. If the owners address the issues with the mattress and provide a drying rack, it would greatly enhance the overall experience for future guests. With these improvements, this accommodation has the potential to be truly outstanding. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay, and I would consider returning in the future, hoping that the necessary improvements have been made.
