The location is perfect and we managed to find on street parking for free very easily. Communication was good and access to the property was simply arranged via a lockbox. The property is beautiful with a lovely juliet balcony. It was clean with a selection of towels and complimentary toiletries. Shower was good, large and powerful.

Nothing is good here, i make 6 hours to arrive in the hostel and we we fell into a loincloth, so we arrive at 11:30 Pm, but what is the surprise ? They have no one in the hostel and the dors are closed, we spend the night in the car after that, imagine you lose your key or your need emergency assistance from there ? You gonna spent your night out of the hostel.

Quim and Evi were of genuine kindness, very welcoming, friendly and hospitable. We do not speak any Spanish, so communicating was a bit difficult, but we always managed to get somehow understood and the service was great.The breakfast was amazing, containing fresh quality products only. It would be useful to put English or French translations of the names of the products on a list, though, as we did not always know what we were eating ;-) but that was not a problem, rather an exciting culinary discovery. Spa facilities looked really nice but would have necessitated some time for heating. I would have loved to have a dip into to the pool, but it was too cold which is a pity. But it is true we did our booking in the last minute, and for February, so I can understand this. For spring/summer season, I think it woud be great if your spa facilities could be included in the room price instead of costing extra - that would be good value for money for your clients. Huge apartment in building with a lot of character. The owners are lovely and the village and surrounding hills and forests are beautiful. Was passing through but would of liked to stay for a few days in the area
We were traveling through Spain to find a place to live. Our first stop was Santa Coloma. We reserved at Joan Fonda - where we met a wonderful and helpful older couple. Thank you, Bet, for the stay, so clean. The beds were very comfy, and towels and linens were amazingly white, with the smell of fresh and clean as at my granny in the village. I slept there like a baby!
