Staff , location , communication excellent , easy access , so close to main shopping area . Very close to all major attractions 30 mins slow walk max. Never used taxi. Very Spanish , modern. Fabulous location in heart of the Old Town, close to restaurants and main sites. The decor is authentic and has touches of Moorish feel enclosed within a courtyard with mosaic tiles setting the scene of Spain. The sound of water creates a cooling feel at the end of a hot day exploring the myriad alleyways and drinking local wines. Gema our host is fantastic with local knowledge and was always there to assist and advise. Gena made us feel highly welcomed. Our apartment was secure and highly comfortable with a small pool. If you wish to experience all Seville has to offer , this is the place to stay.

Really comfortable place to stay and explore Sevilla. Apartment is located pretty close to underground so communication with city center was good. Hosts were warm and helpful and check-in was quick nad easy!
Location perfect since the hotel offer shuttle to the Metro to get to Sevilla. No worries to drive finding parking awesome. Amazing breakfast felt like a resort so much variety.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool after a hot day sightseeing. The shuttle bus to the Metro was very convenient and frequent. The Metro was easy and was 4 stops into Sevilla centro. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Free car parking was available outside the Hotel.

Easy on outskirts of Sevilla so easy access and exit to carry on journey. They really cater for pets .. just give them a heads up. Comes with care package for them!

Loved the big room with a fine view out east to Sevilla. Beautiful foyer and really nice pool area. Excellent staff. In house restaurant was very good. Try the veal entrecote. Big and good quality breakfast buffet. Altogether an outstanding hotel experience.
