Location was superb. Short distance from the closest parking garage. Even with it being located in the heart of the city we didn’t hear a thing inside. Check in was quick and easy. Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and was perfect for 4 people. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

An excellent central location, near to the main square and sights, but very peaceful and private. The apartment had everything you could have needed with a very well appointed kitchen and some lovely personal touches. The private terrace was wonderful as was the jacuzzi. The hosts were helpful, responsive and checking in and parking was extremely straightforward.

Everything from the moment we arrived was perfection! The hosts Hector and Victor couldn't have been more welcoming. Stayed as a group of 8 and the villa was so spacious and beautiful inside and out. Possibly one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. Secure parking for a number of motorcycles and communication was brilliant from start to finish. I couldn't recommend Villa Mercedes any more highly and hope to visit again soon!
We have been staying at this Hotel for the past 15 years, on the way to our holiday home on the Costa del Sol, but as the property is now been sold sadly this will be our last visit.
Over the past 4 years we had seen a decline in the service provided, but we're pleased that this year we saw a vast improvement of the service, espically in the bar, where they had a good choice of food available throughout the day.
We hope this high standard will continue
Really like this hotel. Convenient for city. Outstanding staff. Friendly and welcoming. Parking can have some tight spaces and if your car is low slung you might struggle with some of the gradients. Breakfast is good value. There is one short term parking space in front of hotel that you can use whilst you check in
Beautiful view on the 'skyline' of the village. Free parking. Friendly welcome and info on wifi, breakfast and the different facilities at check in. Good bed, good shower and jacuzzi! Pretty decent wifi. Quiet! Pretty good breakfast. Spacious room with a good couch. The hotel has a very pretty interior. It is a 20-30 min walk to the city centre over a long Roman bridge.
Relatively easy to find, and secure underground parking. Hotel just outside town and uphill walk into the old town and main attractions. The central square a must see and to eat at etc. A band stand was erected whilst we were there but performance halted due to a “pride” march. Otherwise enjoyed the visit.

Not as classic as sister hotel in Sevilla, and we wil visit Salamanca again for longer and would be happy to stay at this hotel.
Had a great few days at this hotel, perfect location for a short term stay to see the wonderful city of salamanca. Only a 5- 10 min walk into the main centre and plenty of bars and cafes around too, for food and drink. There is also a supermarket underneath if needed. WiFi was great, rooms big and comfortable and aircon is a great relief.....we were there in the heatwave and it was 39°
Location was excellent. A little disappointed the air coditioning was not very effective. We pointed this out but the receptionist said it was perfect. Not our experience of other hotels in Madrid, Aranjuez or Sevilla where it is already much hotter than Salamanca and the air con worked fine. Otherwise we were very satisfied and enjoyed our time in Salamanca.
