Our host was just great. We got many perfect tips for our overall stay in the island. The roof terrace was amazing for both breakfast and dinner. No problem to park the car any time in front of the hotel.

House is really well appointed, comfortable and looks as per the updated photos. The pool is private and the area is quiet and peaceful. After comms with the owner we were satisfied the pool would be heated (with the additional payment upon arrival).

The villa was stunning, it had everything and more than you may need as a busy family. The outside space was ample for the kids to play and us grown ups to sunbath.
The safety of the villa put my mind at rest with young children. Also having shutters on the windows at night.
The pool made our holiday although it started a little colder, but soon was fixed.
The Villa is a beautiful place and the breakfast was very nice every day. The staff is amazing and getting vegan options for breakfast was no problem at all. I will definitly come back and can highly recommend this place.
The villa looked new, it was very clean. There were 2 water shortages because of property techical issues and the maintenance people came to solve the issues in no time.
The villa was very well built and took into consideration everything to give its clients every comfort for an exceptional holiday. The host was 100% we had a slight issue on arrival and it was sorted out within mins. Any one looking for a peaceful quality holiday close to beaches, shops and amenities I can totally recommend this & this is high praise after working in the tourist industry for over 30 years. Just perfect!

Stayed for 9 nights and it is a wonderful fully equipped villa. We had the last 5 days where everything was perfect.
Great location for El Cotillo beaches and restaurants which we know very well as we have stayed in El Roque 5 times before. We didn't find the main road a problem and the Villa gives total privacy for sun bathing and BBQing the local fish.
If the pool was heated we would rated it excellent.
Calm location, nice beach and shops within walking distance. Around 20 mins by car to the beaches in Corralejo. The villa itself is beautiful - it looks exactly like in the pictures. The owner answered all my questions pretty quickly and helped to resolve all the issues (alarm, new gas tank for the grill, no running water).
