This was our 2nd stay in White Sands, we really enjoy the place - the apartments have a swimming pool, small private beach and a bigger beach and plenty of of restaurants are nearby . The owner of 4.20 was easy to communicate with , the apartment was clean and well equipped. The sunrise from the balcony was stunning

Beautiful, quiet location but less than a mile from Arenal beaches and restaurants. Superbly equipped villa with lovely views and a great infinity pool. Ideal for our family holiday with 5 adults and two children. Three bathrooms.
We returned a week ago from a fantastic holiday at Villa's Tin , this is a beautiful Villa, lots of room, very comfortable beds, lovely pool , well equipped kitchen and plenty of room to all sit together and eat, very friendly host, thank you Tin , we hopefully will return again X
Villa is exceptional 😀 beds are extremely comfortable and bedding is immaculate. Tin goes over and above to help guests so highly recommend this property.
The Beach was close to the villa and very picturesque. The host responded quickly to issues via WhatsApp. There are some nice restaurants in walking distance from the villa. The view from the villa is good. The pool was very clean and great to use.
Absolutely pristine villa, even better than the photos. Catalina is a wonderful host and very attentive! The infinity pool is beautiful and private surrounded by olive trees. We loved the location and near by restaurants. We will definitely be back to Villa Tin.

The location of the villa is amazing and is a walking distance to one of the nicest beaches in Menorca. Hiring a car is vital as we liked to explore the island and i have to say that from this place it was easy to commute pretty much everywhere.
The host has been great and very responsive to our messages and questions. He was very kind to provide us with places to visit and eat. In general the villa had all the facilities we needed and it was great in both location, size and amenities. Will definitely go again.
