Everything was perfect. Location is verry good if you have a car or not. Everything is verry clean, staff was perfect. There you have a lot of thing to do. Near the beach, shopping, restaurant. In resort you have everything you need for good vacation.

Bed was very comfortable and changed sheets and towels as often as you requested. Full cooking facilities so you didn't have to go out to dinner all the time. Supermarkets very close by. Bea answered any questions straight away. Caretaker came everyday to do the pool and tidy up the grounds. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is very nice and cozy. There is plenty of space and the shared pool is also a welcome addition. The cleanliness is exceptional, our apartment was cleaned almost every day. The staff is very kind and tries to help and solve any problems. For example I did not like the hard pillow, so they gave me a soft one immediately.

I think I have never stayed in such a gorgeous place like this. Yet a simple place, with a quiet, and friendly atmosphere. It was simply AMAZING. The apartment was very spacious (including the bathroom) and It had everything we needed. the staff was super duper kind and even got us Xmas gifts (Spanish traditional dulces). Very close to shops, many restaurants, and supermarkets. Besides the pool, they have this private pathway straight to the Puerto del Carmen beach. I would definitely book it again, and I do recommend it!
