A lovely hamlet in a very quiet, tranquil and quaint picturesque location. Uli and Teresa were very tentative hosts who ensured our stay was enjoyable and relaxed. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Although semi-rural, there are places to do grocery shopping a short drive away and there are a number of nearby towns to explore. We look forward to returning one day.

This is a tower house next to the church. The first floor contains an entryway and a bathroom. The second floor contains a kitchen and living room. The next floor contains 3 bedrooms. The top floor contains more bedrooms and the second bathroom. There are 40 steps to climb from the entry to the top floor. The hosts were very accommodating as we wanted to arrive 2 days early. They were very helpful. The town has a small bar/restaurant but no shops.

The location was good. The welcome was excellent from a great host.

We were so excited to find that we were inside the village walls but ofcourse that meant that the roads to the accommodation were challenging - so very narrow that the kerbs almost scraped the wheels of the car. Arriving at the accommodation it dawned on us that we had misunderstood the booking and that we were not in the unit that had a rooftop open air patio and jacuzzi but instead in a small dark little ground floor unit. The accommodation is in a fantastic area - close to everything - but on a beautiful warm sunny day, it was not a place we wanted to be, so we forfeited the booking and found other accommodation.

Situated in the small town of Figuerosa, L'Esgolfa de ca l'Ortís is a traditional house from the 16th century, restored into a cosy guest house with heating and free bikes.

the location is excellent for himing and biking, very knowledgable host who is very willing to suggest routes. The breakfast is very good but there is also a well equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals

The property is very well located for exploring this beautiful part of Spain. The apartment has a rustic feel, is tastefully decorated and well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is spacious. Mariona and Jordi are super kind and made our stay exceptionally enjoyable.
