It s location and proximity to the beach and golf. Henni was really helpful and very responsive to our requests ie extra towels. Otherwise the property was very well equipped. A welcome box would have been nice as we arrived on January 6th and all the shops were closed. I think water, milk, bread and some fruit would have been great.

Very nice, cosy and spacious bungalow. It has everything you need. You can use the pool or go to the beach, which is 3 minutes walk away. Grocery store is 20m from the front door. Pasito Blanco itself is very secure and clean place, with practically no traffic, so it’s safe for kids to wonder around by themselves. Owner was very kind, he greeted us with a fruit basket :) Bungalow was equipped with all basic necessities (e.g. toilet paper, nespresso coffee, dishwasher tabs…). I would highly recommend it to everyone, especially families.

The keys are left in a lock box outside so we just locked them up every day and never had any fear of losing them. There is a spar right outside the apartments which was very handy! The yacht club restaurant is a 5 minute walk away with great food and drinks and lovely views. Also the pool is great and the apartment is clean.

It's a full segment of the rowhouse with big bedroom with private bathroom and terrace on the top floor, main living space with kitchen (and additional room right in front of the entrance) in the middle and two more bedrooms in the basement with bathroom and laundry. We've been there in 8 people and we all fit very well (however basement bedrooms do not encourage to spend there any additional minute after waking up :-)). There is a small garden with exit to the pool area. Kitchen was well-equipped, bathrooms were clean, all household appliances worked fine. House is located in the area with guarded entrance to the settlement (some may like it, some not), but due to limited people flow it's very clean and well-maintained. There is a space for two cars in the row in front of the entrance. Easy access to nerby very nice beach and small convienient store.
