The house is on a top of a hill, right next to mountain hiking trails. The streets are very steep, so you absolutely need a car to access it. The house is thus secluded, which we liked vey much. The views and the pool are great, it is quiet, yet quite close to the beach (by car 15 minutes). It is very well equipped and comfortable to spend a week of holidays.

Great host Ximo, very friendly and nothing too much trouble and very responsive. Apartment fully equipped and perfect location for our needs. A small variety of restaurants and cafe/bars on the doorstep and nearby walking distance along with a small supermarket. Beautiful huge beach a stone's throw away. Fantastic views of beach and mountain villages from the large balcony. Great base for exploring nearby cities and towns by car. e.g. Olivia Town, Piles, Denial, Gandia.
The house is in the heart of the old village beside a beautiful square. The roof terrace has panoramic views. It is perfect for one person or a couple I felt it was very good value for the price.
