One word, Amazing!!! The villa was brilliant and fully equipped, when I say that I mean everything we needed was there. The villa was spotless and very modern and there really was nothing we were missing. The outside area was spectacular, pool was big and perfect and the view was AMAZING. Jan and Koen we really attentive and nothing was too much. We will definitely be back. It’s the first place we’ve stayed where the photos don’t do the reality justice.

The villa was nice and clean (although dusty under beds) with a nice pool and air con - free use of inflatables and the table tennis in the basement - villa in a quiet location and a quick walk into the town.
We loved every thing about this property. The villa is beautiful, 5 minutes to the sea and a 20 minute walk to town. It is one of the best holidays we have had and we shall definitely be returning.
Villa was very clean and well presented. Terrace and pool area both well maintained and perfect for our summer holiday.
Kitchen was well equipped and everything in the villa worked as expected.
The property location was ideal it could not have been located in a better place, the walk down to Moraira was no more than 5-6 minutes. The outdoor spaces including the pool were fantastic. The villa & pool were kept in immaculate condition. I would 100% re-book to come back.
Private and safe location with a big garden. Children enjoyed running around the garden as much as they enjoyed the pool.
Saltwater pool also a big plus! A/C efficient and refreshing! Very well stocked kitchen in terms of crockery and cutlery. Villa was also extremely clean with a cosy sitting room. Family friendly villa with a beautiful sea view.
The villa and grounds were amazing. The space was unbelievable. As the villa was at the end of a dead end road it was so quiet. No one was overlooking it. The owner was very nice and helpful as was the gentleman from the property management company. Excellent and would love to go back.
