Really clean , nice and cozy place . Excellent location close to marina and the castle . Aldi and Burger King, a cafe all in walking distance . Host was accommodating and good communication , will definitely stay again . Wifi really good also .

Very nice place for few days or more! Close to the most incredible locations of this area as Granadella, Cala del Portitxol, Cala Moraig. Very clean and comfortable apartment, beautiful swimming pool, barbecue and dining area. Highly recommend to big family or company of friends, because the owner has a few apartments at the same location.

Very clean apartment located so close to all the bars and restaurants along the beach front.
The decor was really nice and the apartment was very well equipped.
The balcony was on the side of the block, but the views were good, including sea view one way and a pool view and garden of neighbouring apartments.
Car parking behind was so useful.

Perfect location. Within walking distance to El Arenal beach (5 min) and all restaurants. Very near (200 meters) to a local supermarket. The apartment has all required facilities with a fully equipped kitchen, two good bathrooms (one on suite) with large and comfy showers. All with a modern look and perfectly clean. All in all , a great location and a perfect apartment that exceeded our expectations.

The pool and tennis court was a hit with the whole family from ages 6 to 30. We took our own rackets but the fact that these were also provided at the villa was amazing.
Beach towels included was great.
Everything was very easy to use: washing machine and kitchen appliances.
The villa was very private, although no one was in the neighbouring villa, so not sure how that would be, probably good for two families. The layout of the villa is excellent and the outside space is mostly well set up and comfortable.
Beautiful location with fantastic scenery, Javea Holiday Rentals were fantastic hosts, nothing was too much trouble, they met us on arrival to show us around and we’re on hand to answer any questions we had. I would definitely stay at their properties again.
