Check in is in a different location but only short walk away so not an issue. We arrived early and used their space and change and store our bags. The staff were really friendly and gave us some recommendations including little street bar next to the apartment which was great. Plenty around to keep entertained prior to check in however the apartment was also available earlier than expected. Apartment is in fab location super central to old town. Lots of nice bars and restaurants around. No complaints about the property. Lovely clean apartment with a nice view from the little balcony (see photo). Would stay again and also recommend.

The apartments are perfect for a visit to Valencia. Ideally positioned. There are several buildings with apartments for rent in a small square. Everything is within a 10-15 minute walk. Key collection is at the reception. Everything works perfectly. On this occasion, I would like to thank Bianca for her kindness, who is incredibly kind and she is there for everyone if you need any help. For apartment owners, take care of Bianca, nowadays it is very difficult to find a reliable, kind worker. Everything looks like in the pictures so there is no need to add pictures. Everything is neat and clean. Finally, let it be known that this also works in practice when booking a taxi and a vehicle, so the service sent the vehicle at 03:30 instead of 06:30. Their on-call service 00-24 solved everything in 10 minutes. I really appreciate everything and I wish you the best of luck in further work. I hope to see you again soon.

The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Parking garage was very useful as we had driven to Valencia. It was very close to the park which is lovely to walk in both directions. About 20 mins walk to the old town from the accommodation.

Excellent accommodation. Centrally located and within walking distance of station and other attractions in old town. Room was well maintained, renovated and clean. Staff very polite and helpful. Reception desk closes at 11 pm but they helped us with instructions for self check out and arranged the early morning taxi to airport.

Oliveira Rooms is within 5 minutes’ walk of Valencia’s main square, its cathedral and Xàtiva Metro Station. It offers beautiful rooms.

Spacious room with a kitchen. Comfortable and big bed. Very hospitable and pleasant receptionists. It was very quiet at night so we could sleep very well. Overall, we liked our stay and will return if we are in Valencia again.
