We loved everything about this property. The properly was beautifully clean and modern. For a couple on their holiday this was the perfect size, beautiful bedroom with a flat screen TV also with Netflix available for you to use! Large fridge and freezer. The balcony even has a little washing machine on for you to use if needed.
We loved the fact you needed a key to get into the complex and the pool area as it made us feel incredibly secure and safe. The pool area was quiet which was just lush and the pool is a lovely size. There’s a pool bar onsite with smoothies, alcoholic beverages, ice cream food available throughout the day.
The host Maria was so lovely and so helpful with everything we needed. She was very responsive with any questions we had and provided taxi numbers and locker space locations for our cases on our check out day.
There are 2 large supermarkets about a 10 minute walk away and a smaller supermarket opposite the complex. The walk into los christianos/beachfront is about 15 mins downhill. There are lots of shops and restaurants all around. Would absolutely return here again ❤️

The room was well equipped, quite large, nice furniture. We had everything we need in the kitchen for a quick cook or breakfast. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The beach also in a short walk. Parking is easy on thr street.

Loved this apartment perfect for a solo travel or a couple. Everything was spotless clean had all the mods and cons. Has a massive terrace which you can sit on and have your breakfast , centrally located loads of restaurants bars around the region and literally 10 minutes walk to a beach so all in all I would highly recommend

The location was perfect to access all the different areas in tenerife, everything was in walking distance. Our hosts were super friendly, they met us as a soon as we arrived, before our check in time which was extremely helpful as we had all of our bags, they showed us around, and also left us some complimentary drinks. The appartment was exactly how it looked at the photos, the balcony is super spacious and the pool was fun and clean and all the locals we're very friendly. On our last day our check out was at 11, our flight was not until the night, they let us stay for the full day so we didn't have to carry out bags around, thank you again for letting us stay at your beautiful accommodation, we will definitely be back again.

We met on arrival, very welcoming, friendly and very informative. There was 4 of us staying at this beautiful villa. Well equipped kitchen for cooking, fresh towels bedding. Very central to shops, supermarkets and day/evening entertainment.
We have had a lovely holiday at Summerland holiday home. Location was great, pool bar brilliant, fantastic pool, our apartment was spacious and spotless and endless amounts of fresh towels. The room was cleaned for us during our stay and felt like home. We had contact with the owner on arrival and were made very welcome with snacks and drinks which was a lovely touch. We will look to book again In the future. Thanks again.
The location of the villa was a 2 minute walk to the main part of Los Cristianos and the taxi rank. The villa accommodated 11 people easily. The pool was lovely and was cleaned halfway through our stay to keep up the cleanliness. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with at all times.The villa was very clean when we arrived. There was also many spare sun loungers and chairs.
Great, quiet location, lovely sitting on the porch listening to the birds chirping but still only 10 minutes walk from bars, cafes, shops & restaurants. The villa itself is huge with great indoor & outdoor space. It is not a ultra modern villa but comfortable & homely with everything you need to enjoy a family holiday.
The villa's location is great. Every morning, we had the opportunity to hike 10 kilometers through fields of abandoned banana plants.
Afterwards, we enjoyed swimming in the ocean and in a heated pool. Nina was very friendly and helpful. Overall, everything was superb.
This villa is amazing! It's very spacious and peaceful and the swimming pool and gardens are fantastic. It's location at the edge of Los christianos is perfect. The villa faces a beautiful mountain so the views are lovely. As a group of friends we loved it all. We only had one problem with the sunbeds being damaged and quite dangerous to use. However I have been assured that they were going to be replaced, it's just a pity they weren't replaced whilst we were there.

my family had a great vacation at Mar Holiday Home. The location is great, near Mercadona, next to a great beach. I also liked the pool, there were always free sunbeds. The complex is locked, so there were no strangers. The atmosphere was very quiet and calm. It was easy contact staff and ask for help.
