Unbelievable value for money. We decided to stay in Santa Cruz instead of the touristy areas of Tenerife and we loved it! This apartment was so clean and comfortable. The view from the bedroom is fantastic. The apartment is a bit away from the centre of Santa Cruz and a car was very handy to have to get around. There’s a supermarket and cafes a minute walk away and a bus at the bottom of the hill that will bring you into Santa Cruz or to the beach. The closest beach las terristas is about a 13 minute drive.

Firstly, it was very clean. It is very noticeable that a lot of effort was put to keep perfect cleanliness. Secondly, very cool manager. He quickly responds to any questions at any time. I’ve never had such an amazing service even in 5-star hotels. Very nice guy. Thirdly, terrace. Such an amazing view, a lot of space, comfortable clean sofas, and of course gorgeous jacuzzi. And last, but not least some small, but nice things. Like they had fresh oranges on kitchen to make juice, and bottles of water. That was very nice, especially after long flight and one hour in bus from TFS to Santa Cruz.

The location was perfect for any visitors that would appreciate seeing and experiencing the "real" Tenerife (as opposed to the sprawling concrete resorts in the south of the island). Santa Cruz is a "real" Spanish city with all the experiences that has to offer. International tourists should note that relatively few people in the city speak English as there isn't really any tourism save the visiting cruise ships. The apartment is in a handy location near the front, very easily accessible and with its own car park with a dedicated space. That is a huge bonus given the horrendous parking problems the city has.

Young couple, we lived and worked remotely from the apartment for about 3 weeks. Great for remote work as it's very spacious with a designated work place plus a great view over the harbor. All utilities one might need, from oven, to washing machine. Downstairs you can find some basic coffee shops and 3 supermarkets. Finding a parking space was also quite easy as compared to the rest of the city. We had some problems with the gas tank but Christian was prompt in solving it.
