The house is lovely and the views are fantastic of the mountains and sea. The location is great as it's quiet on the outskirts of the town and only a short walk away from the town centre. The hosts are very friendly and were very reliable and attentive.

Villa Las Palmeras is one of those rare places that surpassses expectations. Ilona was the perfect host, taking the time to show us around the apartment and explain how everything works, and making herself available if we needed anything. The location is as stunning as the photos depict, with beautiful views of the mountains, and the sea in the distance. The living and dining space is light and airy and there are numerous seating options to allow you to enjoy the outdoors, including a couple of hammocks. We were able to host our friends who live locally, making use of the BBQ, which really made our stay extra special. We will definitely be looking to book here again when we visit Altea.

Absolutely fabulous location with superb views in several directions! Walking distance to supermarket and bakery. Close to the center of the town. Very quiet area. The apartment is tastefully furnished with the sea as a theme. All household appliances are available and working. Everything is clean and well maintained. Ilona was a very friendly and helpful host. She gave us the necessary information to find our way in the wider environment of Altea.

Amazing facilities, nicely hidden behind trees even though it is next to a moderately busy road. Location is great as well, walking distance to Altea and an even shorter distance to a big grocery store. I would recommend maybe renting a car when visiting even tho taxis are cheap, if you decide to visit any nearby cities etc.

The villa was beautifully presented; flower arrangements from the garden in our rooms, tastefully and attractively decorated, and the agent from the real estate company was so kind and welcoming. Location was great, within walking distance of some excellent restaurants, and the views are heavenly.
