Just one word - Perfect! We picked the Casita based on the nice reviews and photos and we got 100% what we were looking for! Total privacy, great well-equipped kitchen, super clean house, comfy bed, awesome pool which is not heated but the kids did not mind at all and us adults? We did something for our health at least :) Plus there is an outdoor kitchen with a great wood/charcoal grill + another bathroom so that you do not need to go to the main one inside the house when getting of the pool totally wet. The house is placed inbetween two small wineyards on a steep hill, away from the main street, so car is a must I guess but parking is not a problem as you get a VIP spot in the garrage.
The host, Orbelinda, was really super communicative and quick to respond. Nothing was a problem.
Oh, not to forget, you will totally enjoy the sunsets from one of the two terraces + Teide is in front of you all day if the clouds allow the view :)

We stayed there with two kids for one night and it was a really nice stay. Before you go there, I would advise that you check how to find entrance and where to park your car as parking is located one level lower and you must climb a few steps up after you leave your car. Apart of that, apartment is stylish, with very nicely decorated rooms and you will find everything in kitchen to prepare a nice meal, there was even ice in freezer. Also, you have a private terrace with a fantastic view over the ocean, breakfast and morning coffee will be fantastic! I would recommend this place 100%!

Very nice old house, the owner was really friendly and helped us with everything we needed. We used outside garden to eat breakfast and watch planes (as it's really close to the airport). The kitchen had everything that we needed, even washing machine.

The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, looking over the Orotava Valley down towards Puerto de La Cruz. The apartment was actually a house, originally built in the sixties and upgraded much more recently. Its ‘balcon’, gardens and swimming pool were worth a visit just on their own. The owner had left a photo album of the renovation works for visitors: pretty impressive.

The location is amazing, giving an 'edge of the world experience '. The village is remote with no facilities however civilization is only a 10 minute car drive away. Fabulous view, crashing waves and wonderful sunsets. Great shower and bed.

Nice large comfortable villa with great ocean view. All you need for marvelous holidays. That was one of the best spot on Tenerife. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location is unbeatable - directly over the water! We could watch and listen to the waves from the terrace. The village is cute and there is a little natural pool of volcanic rock down by the shore -- but be careful to only go in when it's safe from the waves! It's a great location for touring the north coast of the island, many beautiful black sand beaches and great hiking.
Jardin Mariposa is a Wonderful place, I got much more than expected.

If you love to stay away from the city buzz this property is perfect for your little hide out vacay. I love the fact the is a hidden gem in a small village by the coast of La Mantaza, The property has it vibe if you are a fan of vintage furniture you gonna love it! There was a washing machine, dish washer and a beautiful pool with gorgeous ocean view. The owners were very kind and helpful with necessary information about the area.
An unique place with fantastic and breathtaking view to “monte e mare” , Every time you can see different beautiful pictures from garden and from inside the villa. The only problem, you don’t want to go out , because everything is perfect.Thanks for Klaus we have known all important what to have to see in neighbours and all about the island.
