- The location was quite close to the sea (some 500 m) and in general quiet (with the disappointing exception of 2 nights as mentioned below) so seemed to be suitable for a family holiday.
- Parking was available for free on the street.
- There were 2 independent bedrooms.
- The kitchen was well equipped, even with the dishwasher and a big fridge.
