location was ideal we had access to shops and restuarants. As facilities had kitchen and fridge/freezer and as bonus dishwasher (though we only used it once) we cooked breakfast ate out on the lovely terrace.

Fantastic location. Beautifully clean and tidy. Instructions prior to arrival were accurate. Balcony is absolutely amazing, spectacular views across to Alcudia. Choices of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Put it this way - we have booked again for next year !

Spacious 3 bed villa, in a fairly quiet area, not far from a supermarket and town centre, Nice outside area with fruit trees, if a bit scruffy with a good, small pool, although deep, probably unsafe for little kids. Plenty of utensils if you plan to eat in, dish washer and washing machine. Plenty of towels (although there was only 3 of us). Pool gets the sun all day and there's three tabled sitting out areas, beware of the mozzies.
To communications with the owner Maria we’re excellent! She was so friendly and accommodating and around if we needed her at all! Sending us messages of local events to attend!
The villa itself is very traditional, very clean and great pool and surroundings
The Villa was perfect for us. The facilities were great for us to relax - plenty space, 3 bathrooms, two outside spaces to eat. A bbq. A lovely pool. Sun beds. Two fridges. All lovely welcome offering of fresh vegetables from the onsite garden and eggs from their own chickens.
The hosts were extremely helpful. They could not have been more accommodating.
Villa was fantastic, very comfortable for a party of 8. Requires a little update in places, downstairs bathroom looking a little tired and very unpleasant regular drain smells. Pool and outside area was fantastic. Lots of well needed sheltered areas from the Sun. Pool was perfect for cooling down in the hot sunny days. Recommended movable ramps in step areas to assist with Wheelchair user. Mirrors and bins needed in upstairs bedroom. Beach and Centre approx 15 min easy walk away.
The villa is set in a great location with hill views out the back of the property. You feel away from it all but it’s still only a 15 minute walk to Puerto Pollensa front. The villa is pretty basic but that adds to the charm for me, rustic is the word I would use. Communication with Dickinson villas during our stay was excellent which is re-assuring. We had a couple of issues which were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Apartment was exactly as described. First floor, right by the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Sealand Villas were very helpful and always came back to me promptly when I had questions before the holiday. Whilst there, we phoned them to request another fan as one was broken and they delivered a new one within a couple of hours!!
Great size villa for our group of six, plenty of room and sun loungers etc around the pool and seating inside, a good location for most of us but still a good walk to the main facilities in the port
Location was fabulous. Close to beach, easy walk to restaurants and shops. The Hoposa Montelin was peaceful and quiet, lovely to relax by the pool, whilst over at the Villaconcha the pools were great fun for the kids. Plenty of sunbeds available. The daily maid service made sure the apartment was kept very clean and the grounds are very well kept. All staff were helpful.
