The apartment is very tastefully and comfortably furnished, has all the necessary equipment, the bed is super comfy, it has a huge balcony with view to the pools and beautiful sunset over the ocean. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful apartment complex, with free usage of the pool. Ben is a very friendly and attentive host, he replies immediately and provides all the necessary information. The check-in and check-out went smoothly. I would recommend this apartment for people who want to enjoy a peaceful vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the very "touristy" places, like Los Cristianos.

I recently stayed at this fantastic vacation rental and couldn't have been more pleased. The apartment offers a breathtaking 180-degree view from the top floor, showcasing both the ocean and the reserve. The space was incredibly comfortable, with air-conditioning and all the amenities needed to feel right at home. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the host was both responsive and genuinely caring. Gorgeous villa in a perfect, quiet location. Palm Mar is a great base from which to explore the more touristic, busy areas of the island. The pool and jacuzzi are really lovely, and the rest of the villa was comfortable. There are shops nearby and a little row of bars and cafés adjacent, plus a few very nice restaurants within a 5 minutes walk radius. You can walk to the beach in five minutes, where there are two beach bars (one locals, one more instagram-feel).

Very good location. Quiet little "village" not far from Cristianos. (by car 8-10 min) The apartman building is nice and well maintained, The hosts are very friendly. It has a parking place. There are several restaurant nearby. This town meanwhile is a family place not a party place. :)

Palm Mar is a touristic settlement with a couple of small supermarkets, plenty of restaurants.15-min drive to the vibrant coast of Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje. Enough parking space on the street and unasphalted lots next to the complex.
It is a very clean villa and had most facilities you’d need on a holiday. Shops, restaurants and beach is all walking distance, and you get plenty of parking space in the road. It was nice and quiet in the day and night so our little one could sleep undisturbed.
Lovely villa surrounding area was residential with lots of restaurants, one super market, no hustle and bustle which is what we wanted, the airport was 15-20 mins away.
The villa felt safe and secure.
The host Gabi is really lovely, she was friendly and very helpful.
The location of the property is absolutely beautiful, the local amenities are excellent.
The Villa was stunning, so much care is taken to provide guests with everything they need, we could not fault anything.
