Posada Valle del Oso is a small, traditional inn located in the village of Lerones, south of Potes. It is a rural location - you can hear the cow bells each day. The view from our balcony was lovely.

Set within the natural setting of Caloca, these apartments are a 20-minute drive form Potes, and close to the Picos de Europa National Park. Alto Campoo Ski Resort is a 1.5-hour drive away.

The house has been really nicely renovated, with modern touches which compliment the old structure (15th century, apparently!). The result is a really cosy place to stay. The house was spotless and well-equipped, ideal for a self-catering holiday, though there are plenty of decent places in town to eat for breakfast, lunch & dinner. The location is ideal too - right in the centre of Potes. Views from the bedroom windows are great. My son & his girlfriend confirm the bed was very comfortable. I can vouch that the the sofa bed (room for one large adult) made for an excellent night's sleep too.

We had a fabulous 3 night stay. A peaceful mountain setting but a good base to explore the area. Rooms were very comfortable and we had all we needed. Rosa was the perfect host, friendly and attentive throughout the stay. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty and we had dinner on 2 nights which was home cooked food at its very best.

The location in the centre of Potes. It’s so clean and modern. Excellent shower , washing machine. Very comfortable bed . Well equipped too. Also views over old town fabulous and lovely area to sit out in .
