Very nice place for few days or more! Close to the most incredible locations of this area as Granadella, Cala del Portitxol, Cala Moraig. Very clean and comfortable apartment, beautiful swimming pool, barbecue and dining area. Highly recommend to big family or company of friends, because the owner has a few apartments at the same location.

Very nice and cozy little hotel with a breathtaking view. Standard room was a bit small, but that was not a problem at all. Common spaces are so attractive, you won't want to spend your time in a room.
Staff was very nice and willing to help in any situation even though you don't ask them to.
Pool area is very clean, not to mention that you can spend all day just staring at the view.
Breakfast was filling and delicious.
Parking is free.
Ice machine included, prices at local mini-bar were more than fair.
Definitely would choose this place again and again.

Excellent communication from the host and the house was gorgeous. The location is brilliant. If driving, check it the free parking lots around the centre as its a tricky drive (if you have a big car...). Denia is gorgeous!

Very well equipped Villa with all kitchen equipment sufficient for families.. Pool was good and well maintained.very good air conditioning and wi Fi. Bathrooms good with good showers. We had such an amazing time at …the villa is stunning right beside and overlooking the sea, with amazing views. It has everything needed for cooking, very comfortable beds, beautiful decor, just perfect. The terrace is wonderful, we had our meals overlooking the sea. Sunloungers, comfortable seating and dining table all on the terrace….every need was catered for. Carol was so responsive, helpful and couldn’t do enough to make it a great stay. We can’t wait to return. Swam in the warm sea every day, couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend.

The walk to Denia is just about doable - approx 40 minutes. Not so bad walking home at night when its a bit cooler.
I found the villa's retrostyle beautiful! Location by the sea and pool, along with morning yoga and meditation, and bikes to ride into town made my short stay feel like a longer vacation. Very peaceful.
We truly enjoyed our stay at the villa. It had all the facilities we were looking for, allowing us to relax as anticipated. The villa was clean, cozily decorated, had good air conditioning, and was well-located on a high spot on the hill near Denia. The property matched the pictures perfectly and featured a charming pool with an outdoor kitchen, which we enjoyed daily. Our host, Jonathan, was very welcoming and supportive in answering our questions. We highly recommend this place in Denia.
The apartment was much better than expected for the price. We found that it was equipped with everything anyone would need, including a well-stocked kitchen. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved the balcony with a great view.
It was a pleasant surprise that the large pool of the holiday village was accessible for us (it's open from mid-June to mid-September). The garden inside the community is beautifully maintained. Safe parking was free and easily available. The beach is very close on foot.
The villa has a great position with good views down to Denia town and the sea.

The Villa was great. Enough room for 7 adults. The main bedroom was lovely, the smallest room was adequate. The views were great with a lovely sunrise and sun all day. There is a large fridge, lots of crockery and towels
