Great old building, beautiful garden with multiple chill spots. Nice pool for a cool down. Next to that, we have enjoyed all days the 3 course meals from the house. (Maria is a great cook) local dishes, local fruits etc. All from the gardens or neighbors. Fantastic
Also gives you the option to explore nearby locations, waterfalls, cities etc

An incredible historic villa turned into a lovely hotel. They are very accommodating and will arrange pick up and drop off to Camino routes nearby. Loved our stay here.

The buildings which comprise this property are stunning. Old and yet beautifully maintained, if a little twee in their presentation in places. Beautiful gardens too. The location is fabulous, with great views over scenic countryside. Our room, which was the one positioned above the entrance patio of the hotel, was fine - spacious enough for the two of us. Good value for money, in terms of a place to stay, but see below. The bathroom was well equipped, although it was not always possible to run hot water in the shower.

The owner/manager was most kind and helpful.
The hotel is located right in the centre of this small town and is convenient for restaurants, bars and supermarkets; everything that a pilgrim on the Camiño would need.
Pleasant clean room and bathroom.

Great location with a really nice cafeteria style restaurant next door with some great food! The owner Luis and his staff were very welcoming and so helpful! We needed to call for a taxi the next day and Luis actually drove us almost a half an hour to our next destination without expecting anything! Highly recommend very satisfied!

This hotel could easily be a museum; everything has been well curated. If you have an extra day don’t doubt to spend it here. This hotel is a perfect oasis for a rest day in el Camino.

Beautiful location outside of Santiago de Compostela. Great staff, and a beautiful dog called Johann.
As another user said: Trash your navigation system, ignore Google directions "and proceed to Melide-Agolada road, where the hotel is clearly signposted about 1-2 km from Agolada". When you enter into Eidian, turn right where a small open place is. That's the parking lot in front of the great entrance door (don't turn left...it'll take you 2km for finding a a turning-back possibility).
