Finding accommodation in Barcelona is very hard. While this place is not so close to downtown, it is super close to a train station. The neighborhood is quite calm (again, compare to downtown). The self-check in process, while it’s a bit annoying (specially if you do it over the phone), was convenient for us (we arrived late). Having the bathroom in your room is a huge plus. There’s a lot of very good food options nearby.

The staff at the apartment was really helpful. He allowed us to check in earlier than given time as we had an early morning flight. The apartment was exactly what the pictures show. It was spacious. We were able to make breakfast at the apartment as all the utensils were there. The subway literally round the corner from the apartment. Which was super ideal. So were the buses, not much of a walk. There was supermarkets and takeaways super close by which was ideal. Overall we really like the apartment. Location was perfect. One subway stop and you’re at the sagrada. Happy with my choice of stay. The rooms were good size. Beds were good and comfy too. The bathrooms were clean.

The host was exceptional and very accommodating. He helped with every need we might have had and was super nice as well. Even had suggestions about places to visit and where to eat. Also gave us a water and a little present at the end of the trip!!! You could tell he was happy to host. The house is beautiful and very cleaned. Has a nice terrace for a chill night outside and 10 minutes by walk away from the beach. The location is really good for a chill holiday at the beach, with lots of restaurants and shops, but also 3 minutes away from the subway station. That makes it easy to reach places like the Sagrada Familia, Casa Battlò, Park Guàll. We are a group of young girls and we were able to easily reach the Barceloneta (main discos and bar street) and get back safely with taxis and subways. All around best host experience we’ve ever had.

Super friendly owners. Made us feel at home. The apartament was very clean and organised. It had all of the amenities that we needed as a family of 4. Monica was helpful and even suggested some places we could visit. The location is fantastic and close to a nearby metro station. I would recommend this place!

Lovely clean property well equipped. Location was great short walk from Metro and bus stop right outside. Local shops made life easier just had to cross the road to get essentials. Facilitates like washing machine, dryer, steam iron and fully equipped kitchen made all the difference. Especially as I was Travelling alone with kids. Area was quiet and felt safe. The host was amazing although remote access to property he was available on the phone and messaging. Excellent communication and resolved all minor issues promptly.
