Elena’s property was well equipped, and the parking very secure. The No1 Bus into the centre was easy to use (€1.20) so we didn’t need our car during our stay to sightsee. Lovely to have a separate bathroom and shower room. I’d highly rate Elena as a top host.

We booked one of the apartments with a view towards the Cathedral and we were not disappointed. This luxury apartment had everything we needed and lots more. Plenty of space, super-comfortable beds, modern appliances in the kitchen, lovely design touches everywhere and a great balcony with a fantastic double-glazed sliding door. Given the aspect of the windows, away from the main avenues nearby, there is no street noise in the apartment. There are three supermakets plus the very nice Mercado Sur within three minutes of the building. We did not use the closest Interparking Paza de Vega, because the nearby Museo de la Evolucion Humana has a better and cheaper 24-h parking garage.
