While the rooms are perfect and the garden and grounds outstanding, what sets this Casa apart are the hosts Cruz, Herman, and sheepdog Oso. Cruz grew up in the nearby village and knows the local history. She and Herman are unintrusive yet available to help with any questions and needs. We had a delightful stopover here during our walk on the Sendero Historico and wished we could have stayed longer.
