We loved the location. It was super close to some of our favorite cala's and the town of Santanyí. It also was a great house for groups. Very spacious for 4 people + baby. They have a cot, high chair, and even had a baby gate around the pool. The garden was lovely and it was nice making meals and sitting outside for dinner or lounging in the sunbeds. We would recommend.

The house, bigger than expected, aircon in all rooms, two bathrooms, beautiful garden! Lovely pool (I thought it would be small but worked great for us with young children). Location near some of the nicest beaches in Majorca, beaches were busy as high season, but the town never seemed noisy, the house is in a very quiet location and we could always get a parking space opposite. The local shop is also great for bakery products, and the restaurant on the beach lovely in evening when quieter. We didn't try the other bars in Cala Llombards , but ate out at Santanyí once, and Es Llombards which had a lovely organic restaurant. There are lots of shops in Santanyi.

He did an upgrade to me and I was in hostel Palmaria, they are literally close to each other.
Palmaria has an astonishing view, lovely balcony and comfort room. I only had to walk 1 min to go to the beach.
The clean Team did a good job in my room.

Beautiful property with plenty of space for 12 of us. Traditional Spanish style house tastefully decorated & furnished to a high standard with most bedrooms having en suite facilities.

The owner and his wife were very nice and friendly. The villa was spotless clean, beach is nice little walk away from the house (hills and stairs), couple of good restaurants in the area. Quite area, not a party area which is great, dominantly German population.
Amazing place - very nice villa, spacious and nicely decorated, very clean with everything what you could need. The space is private, so you can feel free and not observed when you spend time in the beautiful yard or pool. The hosts are very welcoming, very easy, clear and warm communication, easy to reach them if you need any assistance.

This villa was honestly the highlight of the holiday, it had everything we needed for a family with a small child. Great pool and outside area, games room downstairs with pool table and pingpong table, tons of children's toys. Modern and comfortable furniture and beds in the house. High reccomend!
Mateu’s villa is a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures! He was an excellent host and conveniently lives below the property so on hand to quickly resolve issues.
The villa is in a beautiful quiet part of the island but located a 25 min walk or 2 min drive from gorgeous beaches. There was plenty of space for parking outside.
The villa was well equipped and Mateu had everything you would need to cook.
