We really enjoyed staying at Cala de Saint Vincent. Apartments were clean and bright, everything was in a good condition and naturally best is the stunning view from the windows and balconies. We have not met the host, but she was very helpful and responsive all the time literally starting from the booking. Big thanks for her to leave some food and wine in the fridge for us upon arrival. Super convenient parking though the last part of the road is rather curvy and steep. Really nice complex with small cozy pool, St. Vincent beaches are very close, e.g. it takes just 5 minutes to get to Cala Carbo. There are some shops and restaurants in the village, and bigger grocery stores at Pollenca, apr.10 min by car.

The villa is in a great location, walking distance to the beaches and village. There are lots of great places to explore locally and a wide choice of good restaurants both in Cala Sant Vicente and Porto de Pollença. The property is tucked away without feeling isolated. The pool is a very good size and the grounds and property are very well maintained. The house contained everything we needed including WiFi and a washing machine which was very helpful.

A great family holiday house. The location was perfect, so close to the lovely beach and Pepe’s Bar was a lovely local place to eat. Close to Puerto de Pollença and Pollença town too - but having a car makes life much easier. Well equipped house and Fernando was a very attentive host. The shared pool was great, always a spare sunbed to be had.

A well-presented holiday villa, with all the amenities we needed. We liked the location, tucked up in the trees away from the main hotels, etc., but close to the beaches and their incredibly clear water. And the pool was great for a quick dip.

If you are a small group of friends or big Family, stay at this Villa. It is exceptional. Huge house with 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms, pool. Beutifully furnished and equipped with evrything you need for your stay. Just need to by food and drinks. Supermarket close by. Short 1.2 klm walk to beautifil small beach at Cala Sant Vicenc.
Staff was very nice and helpful. First night was a bit cold and when we asked for extra blankets in the morning, that was taken care off by the time we came back. Breakfast was good and fresh, and the breakfast space was very light and pleasant. The room was also spaceous. The hotel was at the edge of the village, so it was quiet at night, and it's just a 200m walk to the nearest beach. As we had our own little terras, we had a view upon the sea.
Location was excellent - 50 yards from beach - nowhere far away as small town/village.
Breakfast was very good although the 'omelette chef' had no idea how to cook fried eggs or bacon properly.
Bedrooms were good with spacious balcony overlooking the bay, inlet and beach.
Ready supply of towels for the beach and/or swimming pool.
Location was lovely and picturesque, travel links good, nice beaches nearby and places to eat. Children loved the pool and outside area of villas.
Any concerns or issues were dealt with promptly by hosts. They left sweets for the children following an issue with one of the villas.
The villa was everything we wanted and the friendly, efficient support and information we received from Tomeu and the team made our villa rental a pleasant experience
