We received a very warm welcome from the delightful staff who made excellent recommendations about places to eat and nearby walks. Very nice establishment in equally nice village at the end (or beginning) of the Cares trail. The bed was comfortable, the restaurant served excellent food in a relaxing atmosphere. I should very much like to stay here again, should the opportunity arise.
Excellent stay. Kind and attentive staff, answered email messages during the day. The rooms and the village was quiet and peaceful at night.
I would repeat next time I'm doing the Cares Trail.

It is a nice spot on Ruta (right at the beginning of the trail, or at the end). Definitely "helpful" during rainy days so you can warm up comfortably. Hotel is on nice spot, even easily accessible by car. Simple breakfast but with everything what's needed. In the village there are some groceries but we haven't used them.

Excellent guesthouse at the end of the walking route in cain. Beautiful location in the village. Hosts are so helpful and welcoming. Set menu dinner is excellent. Very cosy, homey place with candles on the bar, flowers and chocolate and bath salts in room. Breakfast nice start to day before hiking. Would love to stay longer to do more hikes in the area. Fantastic 2 nights. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Food simple but perfect after a days hike along the Cares de Ruta. Staff super friendly and helpful. Beautiful dog and the village cats are gorgeous. Location and view were idealic !
