It was a good price for a private room on the Camino. The owner was so nice to lend me his charger after I explained I had a problem charging my phone. Regarding the rooms: the bed was comfy, there was a tv in the room, nice shower. Perfect for a stop at the camino, especially if you are moving on the next day as this place is right on the Calle de Camino.

A lovely warm welcome which included a glass of wine from their own vineyards. Lovely Hostal in a beautiful village. Everything was perfect. It was very handy having the kitchen area where you could eat your own food. The bar/restaurant where you collect your keys serves great food, including vegetarian/vegan. I would definitely recommend a stay here whilst walking the Camino.
Hotel Villa de Cacabelos is an excellent hotel with very nice, clean rooms. They also serve breakfast etc. Nearby are shops and other facilities like a medical center. The hotel is on the Camino de Santiago. Television with many channels in all languages. Electric window blinds. Very good WIFI. Friendly, helpful staff. Cacabelos is a medieval village, less touristic than e.g. Villafranca. Pilgrims might stay a while, rest, and then move on to Galicia.
