The villa met all of our family needs. A quiet location but only 10 minutes drive to the tourist hotspots and 2 minutes to the local town. The owner stayed in constant touch from booking all the way through to final checkout. Our group ranged from 14months old to mid 80s, and all were catered for. The lower floor being self contained is excellent, allowing for what is almost a separate apartment. All appliances modern and easy to use. Loved a lot of things about the property. Really big villa in a quiet area - home away from home. Accommodated 10 of us easily without getting in each others way. The children loved the room with all the toys. Great communication with host, good recommendations of local restaurants. Property had things we didn’t plan for such as cooler which we took to aqualand to keep frozen cool. We were also fortunate to get late checkout which the host kindly agreed to. We had a hired car so transportation was easy. I recommend getting a car. Overall - very happy and will come back again. I recommend this villa 100%

Beautiful large house with a superb mountain and city view. Big area around the house with a nice small garden and a very friendly neighbour Andy, who helped us during our stay. As a note - this is a village place and you can expect some chicken screams and dog barks early in the morning. You definitely need a car if you would like to visit the sea side or other famous places around Tenerife.

The property is exactly as the pictures show, modern, super clean and extremely spacious with everything we needed. The pool and outdoor space was exceptional and we enjoyed many bbqs. Sun loungers for everyone and an electrical awning that could come out to create shade if you need to. We couldn’t fault the villa in any way and the service we received from Barbara and the Viva Tropical team was exceptional. The location was excellent for us with many small bars/cafes and convenience stores and the locals were very nice. No tourists other than us in the area which is also how we liked it! We didn’t feel the need to hire a car as we paid for taxis into Las America’s and the other more lively areas of Tenerife when we went in (although there are also very good bus links as an alternative). Communication from booking to check out was excellent and it was obvious that the Viva Tropical team really went out their way to help at every opportunity. The pool lady was lovely and came twice a week to clean pool which was another example of the very high standards we received. Thanks so much for making our family holiday perfect :)

This is the cutest place we ever stayed in! Among beautiful little houses, jacuzzi whom you heat with fire, sauna and a pool, there are so many magical corners to spend the time that we felt like in a fairytail. Beyond perfect, it is just magical! The best surprise was the breakfast - beyond words, sooo good, and healthy! Big thanks to the people who creates magic like this ❤️

Gorgeous retreat away from the crowds and tourists! Super relaxed environment. Hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, big open kitchen and honesty bar. Just a short walk to some excellent local restaurants. Bus stop less than 10 mins walk away.
