Host kindly arranged to meet us in person and handover keys and answer any questions we had. The villas are in a quiet area but within easy reach of shops and restaurants, mountains and coast. The valley is a little cooler than other areas but that was a nice change and lower down the mountain is much hotter. The villa had all we needed for a short stay and to do a little cooking. The outside area was lovely and the shared pool and bbq area was a real treat.
We had a lovely apartment with a spectacular view from the terrace (ocean, sunsets, rabbits in the morning, etc.). A bit remote, it is beautifully quiet at night, but in walking distance to the village (~5-7min) as well as to the shore (also ~7min). The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. From the pool one can see the Teide on clear days and everyone was exceedingly friendly. We would definitely come again.
The position was ideal. Birds in the garden and surrounded by trees. A short walk to the village, with a simple bar on the left with the tastiest food we've found. Owners so very friendly.
The property is clean and comfortable located on the first floor of the private house with nice yard. From the windows you can see the ocean, mountains and green golf fields that creates beautiful views all together.
The location is perfect to visit by car all touristic sites like Teide, Lora Park, Masca and others. There is a free parking near the property. Buenavsta village is nice and quiet.
Beautiful villa, nice and clean pool, spacious, the small village of El Palmar is welcoming and offers some restaurants, the host is very nice and helpful!
There's people just renting out places and there are hosts who understand hospitality and care about their guests. At La Cuadra everything is carefully prepared, everything is where you expect it to be. It is not just a nice holiday house, it's a house you would be happy to live in.
Perfect accommodation to calms down, enjoy the swimming pool, outside area and beautiful view. Short drive from nice hikes, small villages and beaches. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped! We came with a 1 year old baby for which this was a great environment to play.
Villa Salineras is my favourite place for 2023. I stayed there for 20 days in July and booked to return for a long week in September. The villa is comfortable, clean and spacious.
The pool is without doubt the cleanest private pool I saw all summer. If you expect super luxury, you need to pay accordingly. I found the villa to be excellent value for money and will be my first choice when booking for 2024.
