The communication with the landlord (Xavier) was great. We had a late arrival and he made sure that all instructions were sent to us so that we had a smooth arrival. Private parking at the property as well.

Very nice place for few days or more! Close to the most incredible locations of this area as Granadella, Cala del Portitxol, Cala Moraig. Very clean and comfortable apartment, beautiful swimming pool, barbecue and dining area. Highly recommend to big family or company of friends, because the owner has a few apartments at the same location.

The location was excellent for our requirements. Very handy for the pool and access to our family villa nearby. Supermarket, restaurant and cafe nearby.
The apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable with a nice outside space too.
The fare from the villa was exceptional each morning we got hurt had our breakfast outside it was wonderful. We had a small problem with the television however Sophie turned out and she was very kind. She'd sorted out the television.
Peaceful location with countryside views and stunning sunsets with easy access and a short drive to local towns and beaches. There are restaurants, bars and shops nearby, but a car is definitely needed. There is a lovely swimming pool which can be heated off-season, but our booking was last minute so we were not able to take advantage of that. I cannot praise our host enough, who made every effort to accommodate our booking, made only the day before our arrival following cancellation of our previously booked villa. We will definitely go back.
Spacious modern apartment with fitted kitchen, large bedroom and bathroom - all clean and functional. Good dishwasher and very large fridge/freezer.
I had lovely views over the very beautiful infinity pool and palm trees that frame the village of Benitachell in the distance.
Good parking to the side of the block which permits entry and exit without needing to go through reception each time.
Easy walk into the village which has some excellent restaurants and a good supermarket.
The whole property is well set up and we liked having a bathroom at each level.
The swimming pool is great and really clean.
The location is quiet while close enough to everything by car (Shops/ Villages/ Beaches etc…). Perfect place to relax.
We traveled with 3 adults and really enjoyed our stay. The villa is beautiful and very clean. It has on property parking, a big terrace, and a BBQ area. A supermarket is close by, and so is the next beach (less than 10 mins drive). I would definitely book the villa again.
