The view of the old castle across the valley is fantastic, and inside the house there is a great collection items from the past on display. Best of all, the hosts go out of their way to be kind and helpful.

We loved staying at La Hueta. There are many walks that can be done directly from the house into the surrounding Sierra de Segura. The house and village are a joy to return to after a day of walking - so peaceful and quiet. Having WiFi in such a remote spot was as big bonus. Thank you, María José, for all your help. Lovely place, great location for easy access to the castle and the rest of the village. Very clean and comfy and the hosts are very nice. Possibly with the best Covid protocol that I've experienced so far.
