Property is in a perfect location in the heart of the town. This guest house is beautifully thought out and the hosts Priska and Michi were so warm and friendly. The breakfast each morning was exceptional, each day we were presented with something different with a personal touch, everything was either homemade or locally sourced. The atmosphere at the guest house was relaxed, very dog friendly, especially attractive to people on walking holidays. The gauge walk nearby is stunning.
Room was well thought out, the décor was modern and cosy, with lovely attention to detail. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace everyday, I especially liked the sound of the local water fountain running in the background. Honesty bar was perfect for when we had forgotten about the village shop closing times for siesta's. I have already recommended this guest house to all my friends and family next time they visit.

Excellent value for money. Lovely old building that is beautifully renovated. Even though we booked the small room, there is plenty of space for 2 people, and still includes ensuite shower, toilet, and sink which are all clean and function well. Great location to walk the town. Friendly host, who sends information before you arrive.

The room was very modern and spacious. We enjoyed using the roof terrace in the evening. It was well shaded and had nice comfortable seats. The breakfast was an added bonus. Overall a great value place to stay.

Kicos was in a brilliant location - close to the centre of Competa square near to the restaurants, bars and shops. The Tapas in Pacos was amazing! Our hosts at Kicos David and Tracey were lovely. Our room was very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very nice - nothing was too much trouble. Would definately recommend this place!

The villa is spacious and comfortable with everything you would need. The kitchen is well equipped and the wifi/smart TV works very well. The outside space is fabulous with plenty of chairs and loungers to relax on. The pool is fantastic, the heating just takes the chill off the water and it was a joy to use. The views of the coast are lovely and on clear days you can see across to Morocco. Although situated on a country road, the surface is good and you can be at the coast in 25 mins or at the large shopping centre in less than that.
Beautiful villa with breathtaking panoramic view. Well maintained garden. Brilliant pool and jacuzzi. Lots of outdoor space with comfortable poolside lounge chairs useful bbq and outside dining area. The interior of villa is stunning and spacious. Big 3 bedrooms with living room and kitchen offering comfortable atmosphere for a family holiday.
On the top of it Rafael the owner is very friendly and very helpful.
This villa feels like being a guest at a friends house. It is located nicely up in the hills, there are two other villas nearby but you have very good privacy. The pool is nice and clean.
Views were spectacular, villa is secluded and although has one neighbour, there is nobody overlooking it. Pool is in sun all day and the sunsets were something else!! Villa itself was very clean and tidy, towels were supplied for indoors and outdoors. Had everything we needed.
Amazing view and facilities all well kept, the owner was very kind and we were able to easily reach him when possible! We would definitely visit this villa again.
