The location is stunning, perfect for holiday, nice area, quite, relaxing place. The owners are very helpful, lovely, respectful. Room was very comfortable, clean, bathroom the same. Pool was very clean and at our discretion. Deserves all the money, very good service.

Property is in a perfect location in the heart of the town. This guest house is beautifully thought out and the hosts Priska and Michi were so warm and friendly. The breakfast each morning was exceptional, each day we were presented with something different with a personal touch, everything was either homemade or locally sourced. The atmosphere at the guest house was relaxed, very dog friendly, especially attractive to people on walking holidays. The gauge walk nearby is stunning.
Room was well thought out, the décor was modern and cosy, with lovely attention to detail. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace everyday, I especially liked the sound of the local water fountain running in the background. Honesty bar was perfect for when we had forgotten about the village shop closing times for siesta's. I have already recommended this guest house to all my friends and family next time they visit.

This place is beautiful, really well decorated and has a real boho feel to it. The roof terrace is fantastic and we were lucky enough to enjoy it for the afternoon. Breakfast was a lovely continental and the dinning room is very sweet. Didn't really meet any staff other than the lady who showed us where coffee ect was so cant really comment.
Location is perfect and the building itself is very picturesque.

Excellent value for money. Lovely old building that is beautifully renovated. Even though we booked the small room, there is plenty of space for 2 people, and still includes ensuite shower, toilet, and sink which are all clean and function well. Great location to walk the town. Friendly host, who sends information before you arrive.

Kicos was in a brilliant location - close to the centre of Competa square near to the restaurants, bars and shops. The Tapas in Pacos was amazing! Our hosts at Kicos David and Tracey were lovely. Our room was very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very nice - nothing was too much trouble. Would definately recommend this place!

The location was perfect. So peaceful but within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Stunning views from the villa and lovely walks to nearby villages, Competa and Archez. Villa was very well equipped and had everything we needed. I would definitely love to return!
The house is recently renovated and was really comfortable and spacious with amazing views of the mountains. We loved relaxing on the terrace and in the garden looking out at the view. The facilities were great we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The house is just outside of Archez village where there are a couple of nice restaurants and also not far from Competa which has lots of choice for places to eat. The hosts were fantastic, they were really helpful and knowledgeable about the local area.
A lovely apartment with a great roof terrace, situated in a beautiful little village. Lots of excellent walks close by and in general a great area to explore.
Ton and Joki were so friendly and helpful. They attended to the little details that make Villa Archez exceptional. The views are incredible, breakfast - delicious, aircon very much appreciated, pool and surrounds beautiful and clean. It's hard to write something that doesn't sound like a cliché it was so good.
