The staff at Cafour House treated us like family from the moment we stepped onto the premise. Most guests arrive by night bus early in the morning, and breakfast on arrival is included for free. Abdul will bend over backwards to meet whatever needs you may have, and even went as far as coordinating a last minute arrival in Alexandria for us on our way home. They are able to arrange all types of tours, excursions, and amenities you would like. We stayed 2 nights/3 days, and I wish we could have stayed longer to have additional time to relax in the beautiful pools. It's clear how much pride the staff take in running an impeccable operation. I can't wait to return again and see how this eco lodge will grow--they are working hard on sustainable farming and gardening, in addition to an adorable treehouse. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making Siwa one of the most memorable trips of my life! We walked away feeling more connected to this world than I ever expected. Do not hesitate to book here.

A beautiful oasis created by owner Ahmed and his wife Haggar - the place is peaceful with tranquil garden to enjoy. Ahmed is incredibly kind and hospitable host who cares about his guests and includes everyone to feel like a family. There are so many interesting conversations you could have with Ahmed on a variety of topics - we were privileged to learn so much about Egypt and its people. The rooms are spacious and unique, bed linen along with woolen blankets and towels were super clean and fresh, complimentary tea and coffee station in the garden was always available, included breakfast served in the garden was lovely. Ahmed is a very easy going person who is happy to offer you any advice about the local surroundings and makes sure you are happy and well taken care of. Coincidently, on our departure day, the owner also happened to be going via the same route, and he was incredibly kind to take us along. We enjoyed several hours of riding together with so many interesting conversations, and again it was a pleasure and privilege to spend time with such a pleasant and intelligent person like Ahmed! We will fondly remember our stay in Sleep in Siwa!

One of the best place I stayed in during my long journey in Egypt (6 weeks)! Lovely people; Ali made everything possible and he knows a lot about Siwas history! Beautiful room with carful details and a big fruit basket! They picked me up from the bus station, arranged my bus ticket for Caire and I was able to stay in the room till 8 pm without extra charges! it’s the place to be when you are in Siwa! Also the tours Ali arranged for me were at reasonable prices! A Real Oasis in Egypt! 🙏

I was originally supposed to only stay one night at Paloma Lodge from 6 Nov to 7 Nov, but because I enjoyed my stay here so much, I decided to extend for 4 more nights, only checking out on 10 Nov instead. Paloma Lodge is very well located, with only about 5 mins’ walk away from Siwan town centre where all the restaurants, cafés and shops are located. Apart from that, it’s only a stone’s throw away from a fresh water spring, where it’s perfect for an early morning or mid-afternoon swim. The host, Captain Nair, is super kind, warm and hospitable! He made me feel very welcomed and because I was a solo female traveller, he would check on me when I’m out later in the evening. In fact, he invited me to dinners at the lodge with lovely meals, either prepared by the good Captain himself, or his lovely housekeeper, Safie! The lodge is very tastefully decorated and kept very clean. The one-room apartment that I stayed in was very cosy and was sufficiently equipped with kitchen appliances, such as; electric kettle, toaster oven and a fridge. I will definitely stay at Paloma Lodge again, when I come back to Siwa!! It was a very enjoyable and cosy homestay which felt like you are with family. A home away from home.

Friendos house is a great get away from the city noises and perfectly located between dessert and farms. It offers a private hot spring and a family vibe. It's typical siwa style, simple and quiet. Enjoying chilled time by the fire under the stars. As a solo traveler it's great as you can have a private or shared room for a reasonable price.. Thank you
