This was one of my wife and my favourite places to stay during our 3 week trip around Estonia.
The room was beautiful, in an old wooden style but still felt modern, The bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom, although small, was very nice and had a good shower. The view from the window was beautiful (see photos). There was a communal fridge, which came in handy. The quality of the food for breakfast was very good, and the staff were all very kind and helpful. The garden area outside was very nice and the setting overall was lovely.
Tiigi Accommodation is located in Kärdla, about a 10-minute walk from the beach and the Baltic Sea. Free Wi-Fi access is available.

The kitchen is well equiped, you can prepare everithing you need.

I recommend strongly for visiting the island.
The location is superb, right at the heart of the village. Despite being at the center, the place is still really quiet as there are not many people around. The landlady was very kind and generous, happily willing to extend my check-in time for 2 hours (I came from a day hike and wasn´t able to arrive before 9 p.m.). Be sure to carry a credit/debit card as the payment will be made on spot (not through the Booking.com site). I had the luxury of having the entire apartment to myself (no visitors in other rooms).
