The location is superb - close to the center and jet quiet. The view is beautiful when the weather is good but it's hardly possible to stay at the balcony in heavy rain or when it's windy. The water comes up to the balcony door, so it's strange why not to make at least a partial glass wall outside. There're really many spiders outside but I easily removed them with a broom.
The sauna is very very good! The best I've encountered while visiting Estonia. It gets hot very quickly and is pleasantly clean.
The apartment is very spacious, the linen is enough and there're several foldable beds for extra sleeping places. I appreciated this as I had many kids - everyone had his own bed.

A lot of rentals for bigger groups tend to have a large hall full of single beds, but Hapsal Holiday Homes had 4 separate rooms for 2 and extra beds.
We stayed at päeva villa during our 3-day cycling trip in estonia with a group of 16 cyclists. The place was perfect for our stay! The hotel is located very close to the city center and there's a variety of nice restaurants. The person working in the reception was very nice and helpful, sorting out our questions, giving recommendations on restaurants, etc.
The apartment is a good size and in a good location with views over the bay. It is a short walk into the main village which has some excellent restaurants and cafes. The bathroom is big and works well with good water pressure. It also has a sauna which we didn't use. The kitchen is excellent with everything that you would need for a family stay. The bedroom are a good size with big beds.
Beautiful old villa with a view onto the bay. We really enjoyed our stay, the host was very welcoming and the room was comfortable and idyllic. Location is great, just a short walk to the main street and key sites. Breakfast was delicious, including fresh fruits and vegetables.
It’s a nice and clean apartment with good fittings. The Scandinavia styled place is comfortable. We didn’t like the large blanket for two for that small doublebed and a toaster would be nice.
The barking dog from next door was pretty enoying and the stairs are too loud.
Haapsalu is surprisingly in some parts ugly, so we wouldn’t recommend the village, but if you have to go there, the apartment is good.
The Villa Marienholm is an amazing cozy house with multiple rooms, each accommodating between three and four guests. Beds and comfy. We slept very well. Each room has well equipped kitchen with coffee maker, small fridge/freezer, cooktop.
There is also a spacious garden with covered sitting area and a small BBQ.
Car park, for three cars, is right in front of the house.
Keys can be obtained from The host. Alternatively one can pick them up from the lock-box.
Amazing view and location - sadly the owners of Tiny Marienholm are planning a huge building project, making a tourist village out of a beautiful quiet listing and live in place for so many birds.
