The house is amazing and cute, right at the beach, with the waves rocking you to sleep, the kitchen is very well equiped and the beds are very comfortable. Negra was very lovely and welcoming as was the whole village, everybody was very nice and helped whereever they could, Negra is amazing and even brought us some mangos and bananas! The apartment has a good location, and a balcony facing the ocean. 3 bedrooms and good air condition. And it was just 3-400 meters to the very center with a lot of buzz (concert / party) the night I was there. But, that was the positive.
The bathroom was silly small, the kitchen not impressive, and the closet in the bedroom in an idiotic place, I hit my head and start bleeding. It was not super easy to find the apartment because it was not named as in Booking.com, and the host struggled with the communication, and I had to ask several neighbours to call him to get the keys. Also pretty pricy for a single person, but if you fill all 3 bedrooms with people, you get a low cost per person.

Very nice host, no breakfast but coffee was free. We had a nice breakfast in a local spot "desayuno el rinconcito" (C. Mella/C. Arzobispo Meriño).
The owner has a cute dog and cat, which can be a little bit annoying around meal times.
