Absolutely amazing accommodation and truly lovely hosts ❤️ They really go above and beyond for their guests. From the minute we arrived we felt welcome and well cared for. The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and is the perfect base for families looking to explore Legoland, Lego House, WOW Park, etc. The garden is beautiful and features a gazebo, outdoor seating, free parking and a trampoline that was a big hit with our kids. We visited for three nights as a family of four and were extremely comfortable in Room C. The shared bathroom and kitchen were spacious, fully equipped and immaculately clean for the duration of our stay. Both are shared only with any guests in the adjoining room (Room B) so they felt almost private. We didn’t opt for the breakfast but were provided with unlimited free coffee and tea, fresh apples, sodas in the fridge and several sweet treats. We even made use of the washer and dryer provided. Our kids were also very pleased to discover puzzles, board games and Lego to play with in our room. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it wholeheartedly. It’s easy to see how much thought, care and hard work the hosts have put in to cater to their guests.

The location was beautiful and quiet. The shower was nice and powerful. The decor throughout the property was to a high standard, though minimal. The view and surroundings were lovely. The veranda was nice for sitting outside. The fridge was a nice size. Bed was comfortable. Electronic door lock means no carrying keys or cards. Being able to park right outside was perfect.

We arrived at the hostel after 1 hour of booking after an issue with our other accommodation.Check in was easy-keys were left in a drop box by the reception.Bed linen and towels are available in the rooms to rent,small payment to be made to the hostel directly.We had a private room with 6 beds and a private bathroom for 2 adults and 2 kids.The room was clean, beds were comfortable, shower room was good.Well equipped kitchen which we used daily.Self service laundry was easy to use and really useful!We didn’t rent a car and relied on buses,which was very doable.Bus station is 200m from the hostel.Bus is 26DKK per adult to Billund.Kids under 12 are free. There are three supermarkets within a 10 minute walk.Really family friendly place-games room with table tennis,television available to watch in public area and small outdoor play area excellent for our kids-they especially loved the trampoline.Staff were fabulous,really approachable. Nothing was too much trouble for Toni who we saw daily and offered us advice about the local area.Lovely place and I would return without a shadow of a doubt!

We really liked Mr. Mikkelsen's helpful and friendly attitude! We booked a small cottage for 4 persons, but it can only work for 3 adults or 4 persons of a smaller body types. The top bed of the bunker bed has quite a limited space. The bigger cottage would be our choice if we wanted to stay longer. The place is low-key and unabashed.
