The location was a quiet and scenic village, exactly what we were looking for during our first family vacation to the Eifel area. It was outside but not too far from the tourist areas so we were able to have both sightseeing and hiking trips throughout our week's stay. The free-standing building with a large yard and ample parking gives a wide-open feeling to the house. The two full bathrooms were much appreciated, too. Best of all, everything was sparkling clean. Thank you, Sonja, for making our first trip to the Eifel area absolutely perfect.

Great, spacious, clean and very comfortable apartment, fully equipped kitchen. The hostess is so friendly!!! speaks excellent English and, even ordered dinner for us in a town. Our company of 9 people was happy to visit Ulmen and had a great time in Germany!

Great place! We stayed with a group of 7 for a long weekend of cycling in the beautiful Eifel. The house is very well equipped. The contact with the owner Gerhard went smoothly via the Booking chat function.

Comfortable house with spacious bedrooms and livingroom. There is a big dining table which is great for groups who want to enjoy their meal together. Back yard has two bench tables.children can also entertain themselves with a swing and spinner. Altough the house is very big and has lots of stairs, it is safe for children thanks to doors separating each space. Kitchen is small but very wel equipped. Aldi and Edeka were close to the house(approximately 20 mins walk). There is a very beautiful lake nearby(15 mins ride) where you can rent boat. In short, we enjoyed our stay at Ferienhaus.

This place is the perfect place to stay. It's in the heart of the area, the village is calm and peaceful. The house is like nothing else. Clean, and modern but has some really tasteful rustic elements in it. It has a huge garden with trees where you can have a nice nap. The rooms are excellent, the beds are reaaaaally comfy. Downstairs is a sofa with a Smart Tv so you can watch whatever you want. The kitchen is modern with everything you need and even more as it even has a dishwasher. You can stay here for weeks without any issues, this is when they say "just like home". The pictures are 100% correct and don't hide anything. Whenever I had a question for the hosts they got back to me in 15 minutes or less. I loved every minute of staying there. -Nürburgring 15min. -Shops 10mi -Main road 3min. -Bus stop literally 20steps -Parking is just outside the door
