Fantastic, friendly and super helpful staff at The Mosaic House Hotel for check-in/check-out etc. Gave us an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment from the 1 bedroom we had booked.
Apartment was spacious, comfortable and modern. Good WiFi signal throughout the building. Ample plug sockets throughout. They'd thought of everything we might need including hairdryers, iron/ironing board, great range of toiletries, even a dishwasher tablet and washing machine pod. Loved the cow themed artwork etc. Spotlessly clean and maid service every day.
Excellent location within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions.
A good range of cafes and restaurants close by.

The apartment was perfect for a family of 6 adults. It was spacious, with a full kitchen, dining room table and living room. It was located within walking distance to all attractions and the tram (for those who didn't want to walk). This location was perfect for the event I was going to nearby, and well connected with trams right outside which take you straight to the castle, city tourist areas etc, and some nice restaurants and cafes nearby as well. Checking in was super easy and efficient, very well set up and I didn't need to contact anyone to get into the building/room.

We stayed in 403 this is a loft apartment on the 4th floor. There is only a lift to the 3rd floor with stairs to the 4th floor which shouldnt be a problem for most people. The apartment is spacious and clean, it has the perfect balance of old meets modern. The beds are comfy the Kitchen has everything you need to self cater and you get some great views from the windows. Daily cleaning with fresh linen and towels .The area is quiet at night and the building is very secure. Staff at reception are welcoming, helpful and knowledgable with loads of great info and suggestions.

We liked everything, from the neighborhood where the villa is located to the friendly attitude of the personnel. The breakfast was also fine, plus the lovely terrace in front of the building.

Villa is situated in a peaceful suburb. The premises were spotless and there was plenty of soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The room was quiet and had blinds to darken the room for sleeping peacefully. It is easy to get to public transport.
This place is absolutely amazing. Not only it is situated in a lovely location - a quite grounds of lovely villas, but the hotel itself has a wonderful atmosphere. All staff are amazing. "The boss" who does not like to be called that seems like a wonderful person, who treats not only his guests, but also his staff very well. The breakfast is to die for. I have never had macaroons for breakfast anywhere else. Some of the yummy delicacies on offer were even home-made. We will stay again!
The property was nicely furnished. The interior seemed high quality, compared to usual holiday homes. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was good, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The inner city could be quickly reached by walking or by tram. The windows were soundproof, so it was quiet, even though the apartment is right next to a busy street.
